These are OEM Lower Control Arm Bushings for the Mk4 A4 Chassis cars. These need to be pressed into the control arm. Replacing these can improve handling.

Look for the TT Control Arm bushings as a mild upgrade. They are solid and to not have the cut outs that these OEM bushings do have.
